James Fitzsimons
James has 25 years senior level experience in the executive search and recruitment industry. During his career James has successfully built and exited two leading recruitment businesses in the Irish market. He was a founding shareholder and Director of Cox Fitzsimons & Wilkes in 2003. He exited in 2008 through an MBO. He was also co-founder and Joint Managing Director of Careers Register which was sold to CPL plc, in 2000.
James holds a BA from University College Dublin, a Professional Diploma in Accountancy and a Diploma in Personnel Management. James also worked in general audit practice with KPMG in Dublin. James leads the international search division of Elevate Bermuda and has reach into the UK, Europe and Australia. James visits the island regularly to meet with clients and candidates and he also conducts Elevate’s highly personalised Outplacement Programme. He can be reached via:

Diarmuid Clancy
Diarmuid is a Director with Elevate Partners. He has four years’ international and domestic experience in the Executive Search and Recruitment industry covering the real assets sectors such as, Aircraft Leasing, Energy & Infrastructure and Real Estate.

Stephen Gilmore
Stephen is a Director at Elevate Partners who holds a BSc in Business Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Since graduating Stephen spent his first year in Banking working for Bank of Ireland before turning his hand to recruitment. Stephen has extensive recruitment experience in both the domestic and international markets having placed candidates across a wide variety of industries at every level from Junior Associate to COO.

Kevin Menton
Kevin is a Director with Elevate Partners where he focuses on delivering Executive Learning, Keynote Speaker and boardroom advisory services to a diverse range of international clients.
Prior to joining the elevate team Kevin held senior leadership position with a global front office recruitment firm where he managed an international team of consultants covering the Dublin London and New York markets. He mentored front office professionals through the recruitment process and built strong relationships with industry leading firms in the Hedge Fund, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity and Corporate Finance sectors.
Previous to this, Kevin held a Senior Management role with a leading international menswear retailer where he oversaw the running of various stores and directed, trained, and mentored teams up-to 35 people.
Kevin would describe himself as bit of a philosopher, an innovative thinker, a creative disrupter and a bit of a rogue monkey!
