Diarmuid is a Director with Elevate Partners. He has seven years international and domestic experience in Executive Search and Recruitment covering the real assets’ sectors including, Aircraft Leasing, Energy & Infrastructure and Real Estate. Diarmuid previously worked with international blue chip firms such as State Street and IBM. He has built up an extensive international network and has reach into the UK and Europe

Stephen is Director at Elevate Partners since inception and holds a BSc in Business Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Following graduation Stephen spent his first year in Banking working for Bank of Ireland before turning his hand to recruitment and hasn’t looked back since. Stephen has extensive recruitment experience in both the domestic and international markets having placed candidates across a wide variety of roles at every level from Junior Associate to CEO / CRO within the financial services space.

Kevin is a Director with Elevate Partners where he focuses on delivering Executive Search, Executive Learning and Keynote Speaker services to a diverse range of domestic and international clients. He has 6 years experience in the international front office recruitment market and has a vast network of candidates and clients in the Hedge Fund, Asset Management, Private Equity, Credit and Corporate Finance sectors globally. He has a particular focus and stellar track record working with International clients on team build outs as they look to grow their global footprint in the Irish market. Kevin also specialises in assisting senior professionals relocate back to the domestic market and has successfully placed a number of senior executives with industry leading firms.

Conor joined Elevate Partners in January 2020 as an Associate Director of the business. Conor has spent over 6 years of his career in financial services recruitment both domestically and in the Netherlands, previously working with global firm Michael Page.
Conor has developed an excellent reputation internationally and is seen as a value-add consultant for both candidates and clients. Conor has a stellar track record in the recruitment of experienced Finance & Accounting professionals and is well positioned to assist and advise financial services clients with key hires to their business.

Aoife is the most recent addition to Elevate Partners and is quickly developing a reputation as a valuable asset to her clients to assist with Operations and Administration assignments. Aoife holds a BA in Economics, Politics and Law and previously worked in events management and business development before entering the recruitment world. Aoife is highly proactive, dedicated and has recently completed assignments such as Accounts Technician, Operations Manager, Administration Assistant and Officer Manager.
