Shane joins Elevate Partners with a particular focus on mid-level to senior appointments across Funds Finance, Insurance Finance, Aircraft Leasing, and Banking. His arrival reflects the continued growth of the business and its commitment to delivering specialist recruitment solutions to clients across Ireland’s financial services landscape.

Returning to Dublin after four years in Sydney, Shane brings with him extensive market knowledge, an international network, and a strong commitment to building long-term relationships across Ireland’s financial services community.

Before moving into recruitment, Shane gained valuable industry experience with leading institutions including Invesco and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. This background provides him with a strong technical understanding of finance functions and the challenges facing both employers and professionals in today’s market. Combined with a research-led approach to market mapping and targeted headhunting, Shane is well positioned to deliver highly tailored search solutions for high-performing teams.
