Elevate Partners Raises €4,336 for Movember 2025
03 December 2025Throughout the month of November, the Elevate Partners team took part in Movember, combining fundraising, movement, and a few bold moustache choices to support men’s mental health and cancer research. This year’s campaign was our biggest yet, with a total of €4,336 raised across a series of activities that kept the whole office involved from start to finish.
The Moustache Effort
As always, the moustache element set the tone for the month. Three members of the team signed up to grow their Mos, committing fully to the challenge as the rest of us watched the progress unfold day by day. Some outcomes were impressive, some questionable, all passionately supported. The moustaches did exactly what they were meant to do: spark conversation, draw attention to the cause, and keep the fundraising front-and-centre throughout the month.
KM Challenges: Keeping the Momentum Moving
Beyond facial hair, this year’s Movember introduced a more structured physical challenge. The team logged kilometres throughout November—running, walking, or power-walking around lunch breaks—in a collective push to stay active and keep awareness high. These KM challenges added a steady rhythm to the campaign and provided a shared target for everyone to work toward. They also created a sense of accountability that kept participation strong even on the darker, colder days of the month.
A Pub Quiz to Bring It All Together
We wrapped up the campaign with an Elevate Partners Movember Pub Quiz, which turned out to be a highlight of the month. The quiz brought colleagues and friends together for an evening that mixed trivia, mild competitiveness, and good humour. Importantly, it also delivered a significant final boost to our fundraising total. The atmosphere on the night reflected the broader tone of the whole campaign—collaborative, energetic, and firmly focused on supporting a meaningful cause.
Why Movember Continues to Matter
Movember remains a standout initiative for us because it tackles issues that affect so many people but are too often overlooked. The focus on mental health, suicide prevention, and early detection of prostate and testicular cancer aligns with conversations that are increasingly important in workplaces and communities. Taking part each year allows us to contribute in a practical way while also encouraging openness and awareness within our own team.
A Collective Achievement
This year’s total of €4,336 represents the combined efforts of everyone who grew a moustache, clocked kilometres, attended events, promoted the campaign, or donated. It was a genuine team-wide effort, and we are proud of what we achieved together. As Movember continues its work globally, we’re pleased to play our part—however hairy, active, or trivia-filled it may be.
