Elevate Partners CSR 2024: Driving Impact Through Action and Engagement

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) isn’t just a box to tick—it’s at the heart of how we operate. Throughout 2024, we committed ourselves to giving back, supporting important causes, and fostering connections that extend beyond the workplace. From fundraising efforts to employee wellness initiatives, this year has been one of purpose and progress.
Supporting Meaningful Causes
One of the standout moments of 2024 was our participation in the 100 KM Challenge in May. Walking together as a team, we raised €5,630 for LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice, a charity that provides vital care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Later in the year, we visited LauraLynn to see the impact of their work firsthand. Witnessing the dedication of their staff and the comfort they provide to families reminded us why community support is so essential.
In another highlight, we proudly sponsored and co-hosted a charity golf day at the K Club in aid of ARC Cancer Support. The event combined camaraderie with a meaningful cause, raising funds for ARC’s incredible work supporting those affected by cancer. It was a privilege to see so many people come together to make a difference.
Building Connections in Our Industry
We also focused on fostering professional connections by sponsoring and hosting a networking event for young finance professionals in December. Events like this are about more than just career progression—they’re about building a supportive community of peers and mentors who can help each other navigate challenges and opportunities.
Promoting Employee Wellness
Our CSR efforts don’t stop at external causes. We recognize that employee wellness is a cornerstone of a successful and sustainable business. This year, our team took part in events like the Staff Relay Series in Phoenix Park and the ALG 5K, both of which emphasised physical health, teamwork, and fun. These events not only supported charitable initiatives but also provided a welcome opportunity for our staff to connect, recharge, and focus on their well-being.

As we reflect on 2024, we’re proud of the impact we’ve made, but we know there’s always more to do. We’re committed to continuing our CSR efforts into 2025 and beyond, finding new ways to give back, foster wellness, and create a positive impact for our team, our industry, and our community.
