Our client, an Irish real estate investment and development platform is hiring an Analyst to join its team in Dublin city centre.The Role:
- Analysing financial statements, conducting due diligence and performing investment analysis
- Construction of complex financial models
- Assisting with pitch documentation and presenting to investors
- Liaising with current investors and building new relationships
- Carrying out ad-hoc deal specific research
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Real Estate
- Experience developing financial models
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, capable of thriving in a challenging environment and meeting demanding deadlines
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities essential
