We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who will support three members of their executive team. The Executive Assistant must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting Executive Leaders.
Role Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to three executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executive leader.
- Assist with organizing events and meetings including coordinating logistics, diaries and 3rd party dependencies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned including expenses, invoices, minutes and follow up actions as recorded or required
Requirements
- 5 years + proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
