We have partnered with a leading Financial Institution to appoint a Vice President of Investor Relations to its Group Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the Group’s strategic plan to maximize shareholder value.
- Conduct in-depth reviews on market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory landscapes.
- Prepare executive-ready reports on performance, strategy, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead strategy planning and business model assessments, promoting data-driven decision-making.
Requirements: - 10 years in strategy, corporate finance, or consulting, with a track record of impactful corporate-level strategy.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ACA, ACCA highly beneficial
- Strong skills in conducting financial analysis and interpreting financial statements.
- Ability to develop and articulate executive-ready proposals.
- Proven ability to build enduring relationships with stakeholders.
- Impactful leadership presence and ability to challenge the status quo.
