Trainee Accountant

We are seeking a trainee accountant to join a growing finance team, based in Dublin City Centre.
This role represents an excellent entry point for an accounting graduate or someone early in their career seeking to build a strong and well-rounded foundation in finance. The position offers broad exposure across core accounting functions, and the opportunity to develop both technical and commercial skills within a professional finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and support the accounts payable function.
- Maintaining rent schedules for residential properties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate bank and account reconciliations.
- Weekly payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
- 1 year’s experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage experience an advantage).
