Temporary Executive Assistant

Elevate Partners is working with a leading Financial & Accounting firm that is seeking a highly professional and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a critical but temporary period of business activity. This is a temporary position suited to someone who can step in immediately, provide senior-level support, and add value from day one in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities of Temporary Executive Assistant
  • Provide temporary executive support to C-suite leaders
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate international travel, meetings, and logistics
  • Prepare board materials, reports, and confidential documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Deliver general administrative and executive-level support as required

Requirements for Temporary Executive Assistant Job
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within Financial Services
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
  • Available at short notice and comfortable with temporary assignments
