Elevate Partners is working with a leading Financial & Accounting firm that is seeking a highly professional and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a critical but temporary period of business activity. This is a temporary position suited to someone who can step in immediately, provide senior-level support, and add value from day one in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities of Temporary Executive Assistant
- Provide temporary executive support to C-suite leaders
- Manage complex calendars and schedules
- Coordinate international travel, meetings, and logistics
- Prepare board materials, reports, and confidential documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver general administrative and executive-level support as required
Requirements for Temporary Executive Assistant Job
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within Financial Services
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
- Available at short notice and comfortable with temporary assignments
