We are partnering with a leading advisory services firm seeking a Tax Manager to join their expanding practice. In this newly created role, you will gain exposure to a diverse client base and a broad range of tax advisory work across deals, advisory and restructuring.
This position is suitable for an experienced tax professional operating at Manager level or a Senior Associate seeking progression, with clear scope for development.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality tax advisory support across transactions, structuring, due diligence, and reorganisations.
- Prepare and review technical tax reports and present clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to an effective and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- CTA/ ACA qualified and practice trained in top 10 accounting firm.
- Strong technical expertise in Irish corporate or transaction tax; VAT specialists seeking broader exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Real Estate industry experience advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly.
