Senior Investment Analyst

Our client, a reputable real estate firm are looking to hire a Senior Investment Analyst to join their team following a period of significant growth.
Responsibilities of the Senior Investment Analyst role:
- Assist in preparation of financial models and liaise with wider finance team on business planning and strategy.
- Ad hoc financial projects and financial analysis assignments with focus on corporate finance.
- Appraising prospective acquisitions to cash flow projects from start to finish and calculate returns.
- Prepare regular performance reports for all stakeholders including management, shareholder and debt finance providers.
Requirements of the Senior Investment Analyst role:
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a relevant real estate organisation.
- Highly numerate with advanced excel modelling/ PowerPoint/report writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear demonstration of an ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Motivation to develop a career in real estate finance.
