Senior Asset Manager

We are working exclusively with a prominent real estate investor in the UK and Ireland who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager. This role requires extensive experience in asset management and underwriting to support the strategic growth and management of their diverse real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring optimal performance and value creation. Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and enhance property value.
- Conduct thorough underwriting of real estate investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence. Evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions to ensure alignment with investment goals.
- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance asset value. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including asset performance metrics, forecasts, and investment summaries. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Negotiate and manage contracts, leases, and agreements to ensure favourable terms and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten years’ experience in asset management and underwriting within the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimising real estate portfolios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering value to the company and its stakeholders.
