SAP Analytics Lead

We are proudly partnered with a client of ours who are seeking to add a SAP & Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of specialists to ensure the delivery of high quality of SAP-data and reporting solutions

• Manage and develop a team of SAP BODS, SAP BW, and SAP BO professionals.
  
• Design and maintain ETL processes using SAP BODS to integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources.
  
• Develop and optimise SAP BW data models, InfoProviders, and queries.
  
• Support the delivery of reporting and dashboards in SAP BO.
  
• Ensure data quality and performance standards across SAP data pipelines and reporting solutions.
  
• Maintain technical documentation including data lineage, catalogues, and report inventories.
  
• Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and application of SAP support packs.
  
• Stay up to date with SAP Analytics technologies, ensuring environments are current and optimised.
  

Experience & Skills Required

• 7+ years in Data Engineering & Analytics, with at least 5+ years in SAP BODS and BW.
  
• Strong technical expertise in SAP BODS ETL design, data integration, and performance tuning.
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BW data modelling, InfoProviders, and query development.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP BO report development and optimisation.
  
• Good understanding of SAP ERP data structures.
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in SAP data environments.
  
• Experience with system upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance.
