The Opportunity:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with 1–2 years’ experience to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter looking to develop their career within a specialist, professional, and relationship-led environment.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and directors, gaining exposure to both permanent and temporary recruitment across financial services. You’ll have the opportunity to take on real responsibility from day one, managing key elements of the recruitment process while developing your commercial skills and market expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and candidates across financial services

  • Identify, attract, and engage high-calibre professionals using proactive sourcing strategies

  • Support and manage elements of the end-to-end recruitment process, from client brief to offer stage

  • Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities

  • Work with industry-leading tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist market and become a trusted point of contact for clients and candidates


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within professional services or financial services

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and organised approach to work

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Genuine interest in financial services recruitment and career progression
