We have partnered with a leading global real estate company to expand their Asset Management team in London. We are seeking to hire an Analyst to support the team.
The Role:
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual asset management reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to evaluate property performance.
- Monitor market trends and property valuations to inform investment decisions.
- Support the due diligence processes for new acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ year’s of experience in asset management, real estate finance or investment analysis.
- Proficient in financial analysis, excel and real estate.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication with interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
