
Partnerships Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Partnerships Operations Manager to support a Strategic Partnerships team. This role bridges construction/technical delivery with partnership/asset management functions, focusing on internal coordination for large-scale projects delivered to institutional or government partners.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the operational link between Strategic Partnerships, Construction, Technical, and Customer Service teams.

Manage and track progress on operational aspects of partnership projects, aligning build and post-completion requirements.

Provide technical oversight on building systems (e.g., heat pumps, energy efficiency, M&E installations) during construction and handover.

Support development of operational processes, asset registers, and maintenance strategies for completed schemes.

Review technical documentation to align with partnership/asset performance objectives.

Prepare internal reports and progress updates for senior management.

Ensure regulatory, environmental, and contractual obligations are met throughout delivery.

Coordinate internal teams to resolve technical/operational issues during projects or early occupation.
Required Experience & Skills

5+ years in asset management, building operations, or technical coordination within construction/real estate.

Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, energy efficiency, M&E).

Excellent internal stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly organised with analytical/reporting abilities.

Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Degree in engineering, construction management, asset management, or related field preferred.

Experience with institutional/government-backed developments a plus.
