Partnerships Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Partnerships Operations Manager to support a Strategic Partnerships team. This role bridges construction/technical delivery with partnership/asset management functions, focusing on internal coordination for large-scale projects delivered to institutional or government partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational link between Strategic Partnerships, Construction, Technical, and Customer Service teams.

  • Manage and track progress on operational aspects of partnership projects, aligning build and post-completion requirements.

  • Provide technical oversight on building systems (e.g., heat pumps, energy efficiency, M&E installations) during construction and handover.

  • Support development of operational processes, asset registers, and maintenance strategies for completed schemes.

  • Review technical documentation to align with partnership/asset performance objectives.

  • Prepare internal reports and progress updates for senior management.

  • Ensure regulatory, environmental, and contractual obligations are met throughout delivery.

  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve technical/operational issues during projects or early occupation.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in asset management, building operations, or technical coordination within construction/real estate.

  • Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, energy efficiency, M&E).

  • Excellent internal stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Highly organised with analytical/reporting abilities.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

  • Degree in engineering, construction management, asset management, or related field preferred.

  • Experience with institutional/government-backed developments a plus.
