Operating Partner – ESG

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement pre-investment due diligence
  
• Enable presentation of ESG risks and factors for consideration by the Investment Committee
  
• Identify action plans and support implementation of ESG initiatives to provide value creation in the portfolio companies during the investment phase
  
• Bring technical expertise and innovative solutions for the implementation of measures to decrease their environmental impact
• Work with other ESG team members on any relevant ESG project that helps promoting Eurazeo’s ESG O+ Strategy
  
• Represent the company at relevant events and conferences
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years’ of significant engineering and/or operational ESG experience, strong technical expertise on ESG topics
  
• Previous roles within industrial companies, in infrastructure sector is a plus
  
• Specialism in environmental sustainability and / or carbon assessment and management
  
• Proven track record of working with senior management teams, advising on core elements of a business’ sustainability strategy and performance
  
• An accomplished project manager, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, ability to deliver to tight deadlines and simultaneously manage multiple priorities and workstreams
  
• Educated to degree level, ideally in Environmental/Social sciences and/or development studies or similar
