Management Accountant

Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across the full finance function, with real opportunities to add value and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyse variances, identify trends, and provide meaningful commentary to support operational and commercial decision-making.
- Maintain strong financial controls while contributing to ongoing improvements in reporting, processes, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in management accounting or a similar analytical finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
