IT & Digital Operations Specialist

A leading provider of EV charging infrastructure is seeking an IT & Digital Operations Specialist to support the performance, stability, and operational resilience of its expanding eMobility network. This hands-on role will focus on service delivery, vendor management, and system performance across web, mobile, and back-end platforms in a complex, cloud-based environment.

You’ll act as a key interface between operations, digital platforms, and vendors supporting incident response, platform availability, and day-to-day system health in a high-impact national infrastructure setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations management, including vendor oversight, ticketing, and incident resolution.
  
• Support the stability and performance of web, mobile, and backend systems across IT and OT environments.
  
• Manage user access and author technical documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  
• Act as a key contact for platform outage recovery, network management, and service-level performance.
  
• Collaborate across teams to maintain high standards in cybersecurity, service delivery, and system reliability.

• 5+ years’ experience in IT operations.
  
• Strong background in cloud-based infrastructure, with hands-on experience in system and service support.
  
• Proven ability in vendor and service management, including escalation, troubleshooting, and performance tracking.
  
• Familiarity with telecoms, cybersecurity, and IT/OT systems is highly desirable.
  
• Knowledge of eMobility or EV infrastructure is an advantage but not essential.
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
