We have partnered exclusively with a Private Equity fund to appoint an Investment Manager. The successful candidate will play a central role in the
identification, evaluation, execution and management of investments across the
firm’s target sectors. Working closely with Partners and portfolio company
management teams, the individual will take ownership of transaction
workstreams, support strategic initiatives across the portfolio and contribute
to the firm’s investment origination activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and execute new investment
opportunities. - Lead financial analysis, valuation and due
diligence processes. - Prepare investment committee materials and
transaction recommendations. - Manage advisers and counterparties through
transaction execution. - Monitor portfolio performance and support
value creation programmes. - Develop and maintain relationships across the
Irish corporate finance and advisory community. - Contribute to investment origination and
sector thematic research.
Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years’ experience in private equity,
investment banking, corporate finance or transaction advisory. - Outstanding financial modelling, analytical
and valuation capabilities. - Demonstrated experience executing M&A or
principal investment transactions. - Strong commercial judgement and intellectual
curiosity. - Excellent communication and relationship
management skills. - Ambitious, self-motivated and capable of
operating in a high-performance environment.
