Investment Director

Elevate Partners is currently working exclusively on
behalf of a leading European fund who is seeking to appoint an experienced Investment
Director to join its team in Dublin. This is a senior investment role offering
exposure across multiple sectors, spanning both growth equity and buyout
strategies.The successful candidate will play a key role in originating,
executing, and managing investments, working closely with senior stakeholders
across the platform.

• Identify and evaluate potential investment
  opportunities across target sectors
  
• Co-lead origination and deal execution alongside
  Managing Directors / Partners
  
• Lead and support due diligence, financial modelling,
  and transaction execution
  
• Contribute to investment committee materials and
  support deal structuring
  
• Engage with investors and key stakeholders,
  supporting ongoing communication
  
• Act as a core member of the team, contributing to culture,
  processes, and strategic positioning
  

 
Requirements

• Strong academic background; ACA / CFA or equivalent
  highly desirable
  
• 15+ years’ experience across private equity,
  investment banking, or corporate finance
  
• Proven deal execution experience, with a strong
  track record of originating and closing transactions
  
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with investors,
  management teams, and stakeholders
  
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical
  capabilities
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  with strong written output
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive,
  self-starting approach and strong team orientation
