Investment Associate – Real Estate

Our client, a well regarded investment firm with a focus on real estate finance, is seeking an ambitious Associate to join their growing team.
This opportunity offers a valuable opportunity to build experience across financial analysis, deal execution and investment management in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the Investment Associate role:
- Build and maintain detailed finanical models and valuation analyses.
- Support end to end transaction processes including due diligence and execution.
- Conduct market, sector, and asset -level research to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memo and support portfolio monitoring activities.
Requirements of the Investment Associate role:
- 1-2 year’s experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance , or similar.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with profiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Academic background in Finance, Economic, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in real assets, infrastructure and long term investing.
