Investment Associate

We have partnered with an international Private Equity fund who recently launched a value add infrastructure fund and now growing its investment team at Associate level.
The Role:
- Researching and analysing financial statements, industry information, technical and financial data and presenting conclusions to investment team members
- Developing and critically reviewing, stress testing and commenting on financial models
- Synthesizing key findings from research, financial analysis and meetings with industry, co-investors and external advisors into investment memoranda and presentations and participate in presenting these findings to investment committees
- Researching prospective industries to develop industry theses and assisting in generating investment ideas
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or a similar field
- Experience in or knowledge of the infrastructure sectors is considered a plus
- An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in business, engineering or other quantitative fields
- Proven strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills with attention to detail
- European languages beneficial (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese)
