Investment Associate

We are partnering with a leading European private
equity platform to hire an Investment Associate to join its growing impact
investment team in London.

The firm manages multi-billion-euro funds and focuses
on investments that support themes including energy transition, circular
economy and technology-enabled resilience. The role offers
broad exposure across the full deal lifecycle within a highly collaborative
international team.

Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing, evaluation and execution
  of private equity investments from origination through to closing
• Conduct financial modelling and valuation
  analysis, including LBO modelling and scenario analysis
• Perform market research, commercial due
  diligence and thematic analysis across priority sectors
• Prepare investment committee materials and
  present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio company performance, key
  metrics and risk considerations
• Contribute to internal reporting,
  analytics and knowledge development across the investment team
• Provide guidance to junior team members
  including analysts and interns
   
  

Requirements:

•         3–5 years’ experience in investment
banking, consulting, private equity or a related environment

•         Strong financial modelling capability and
understanding of private equity processes

•         Interest in sustainability, impact or
thematic investing

•         Excellent analytical, communication and
presentation skills

•         Ability to operate in a fast-paced,
entrepreneurial environment

•         Strong academic background; fluency in European language beneficial
