Investment Analyst – Real Estate
Join a dynamic real estate investment team
based in Dublin, supporting the evaluation and execution of high-potential
property opportunities across multiple European markets. This role involves
financial analysis, market research, and transaction support to drive portfolio
performance and value creation, reporting directly to the investment leadership
team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build
and maintain financial models to assess acquisitions, developments, and
disposals, including cash flow projections, IRR calculations, and
sensitivity analyses. - Conduct
market research on European real estate trends to identify key investment opportunities and performance drivers. - Support
due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external advisors
across legal, technical, and asset management disciplines. - Prepare
detailed investment materials, presentations, and reports for internal
committees and investors. - Monitor
asset and portfolio performance through key metrics such as occupancy,
NOI, and yield; recommend strategic actions for value enhancement. - Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for acquisition
and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline;
postgraduate qualification or CFA progress an advantage. - 2–4
years’ experience in real estate investment, financial analysis, or
related roles. - Proficiency
in Excel-based financial modelling (Argus experience desirable);
familiarity with property databases and market research tools. - Strong
quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of European
real estate markets and investment fundamentals.
