Infrastructure Director

We have partnered with a Paris based Infrastructure Debt Fund (2bn+ AUM) to appoint an Investment Director to execute on both senior and high yield transactions across Europe.

THE ROLE:

  • Structuring and execution of transactions with a view of presenting transactions to Investment Committee
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior members of the team
  • As part of a deal team, lead on undertaking detailed transaction due diligence, including the review and analysis of financial, legal, commercial, and technical reports
  • ​Oversee financial analysis, due diligence, investment appraisal, and documentation


Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in Infrastructure & Energy finance
  • Extensive experience in leading the execution of transactions
  • Experience from a debt fund or project finance bank is essential 
  • Experience in mentoring juniors and assisting in leading a team
  • Fluent German or Spanish highly beneficial
