Head of Client Asset Oversight

A leading Investment Management firm are seeking a Head of Client Asset Oversight (PCF) to join their firm on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead a team, and provide internal examination and monitoring of the processes, systems and controls put in place by management and ensure success of the Client Asset Oversight function. 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Ensure relevant funds agreements are obtained and maintained in accordance with relevant regulations
  
• Conduct reviews of Funds Facilities Agreements and Financial Instruments Facilities Agreements to ensure compliance
  
• Ensure the client asset management plan is maintained and all information is updated regularly
  
• Undertake risk assessments on client assets
  

Key Requirements will include:

• Relevant experience in a similar role with a willingness to take on the PCF designation
  
• Strong stakeholder management experience
  
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, accounting, finance, etc.)
  
• Senior Management experience working with similar teams (Client Asset Oversight)
  
• Strong regulatory knowledge and interest in up-to-date regulations
