Financial Analyst

On behalf of a leading real estate development and asset management firm in Dublin city centre, we are looking to hire a Financial Analyst.

In this role, the Financial Analyst will gain significant exposure to both the Finance Director and CEO, working across a number of large-scale developments across Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Control team with Excel-based development & project models, scenario analysis and rolling forecasts.
  
• Manage cash, treasury and covenant reporting; support banking relationships.
  
• Produce commercial analysis and board-ready reports; assist with audit and month-end tasks.
  

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with 0–3 years PQE.
  
• Exceptional Excel skills with strong interest in building financial-models.
  
• Comfortable with commercial analysis, strong attention to detail and clear communicator.
  
• Real estate or financial services experience and FRS 102 knowledge advantageous but not essential.
