Financial Accountant

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join a growing organisation operating within the property and real estate sector, supporting a diverse portfolio of development, investment, and operational projects.
The business operates in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and continues to expand, offering strong exposure across financial reporting, project activity, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Month-end close and management accounts preparation
- Financial reporting across multiple SPVs
- Loan reporting and covenant compliance
- VAT and regulatory reporting
- Supporting audits, budgeting, and forecasting
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with 1-years PQE or part-qualified with 3/4 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in property development, construction or funds industries advantageous
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
