Finance Manager

You’ll work closely with senior management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the oversight of a €1bn+ European property portfolio, playing a key role in both day-to-day finance and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and operational reporting across residential/ PRS assets
  
• Annual business planning and investor reporting
  
• Cashflow management, VAT/tax submissions, and covenant compliance
  
• Liaise with fund administrators, third-party property managers and auditors
  
• Support on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and tax structuring
  

Qualifications:

• ACA/CPA qualified with 2+ years’ PQE (real estate or fund experience ideal)
  
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
  
• ESG interest or experience an advantage
