We are working with a large, regulated infrastructure organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a high-performing finance function. This is a key business-facing role that blends financial analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
The position offers strong exposure to senior management, budgeting and planning processes, and the opportunity to influence decision-making through high-quality financial insight and commentary.
The Role:
- Leading the review and presentation of monthly financial results to management.
- Partnering with business teams on KPI and variance analysis, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and annual business planning processes.
- Monitoring spend against regulatory allowances and organisational budgets.
- Supporting quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical capability.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable challenging assumptions to drive better outcomes.
