Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team.
This is a commercially focused role, providing the chance to play a key part in shaping the strategy and performance of a consistently growing business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation in customer offerings. The role would suit either an experienced Finance Business Partner or a commercially minded finance professional seeking to step into a more strategic, outward-facing position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial and financial support to inform decision-making, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic growth and sustainability objectives.
- Partner with business managers to evaluate opportunities, optimise financial performance, and support the development of new residential offerings.
- Contribute to the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business plans and long-term objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
- A recognised professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proven finance business partnering experience or strong commercial acumen within a corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational demands.
