We are partnering with a leading organisation within their industry, with an annual turnover of 2 billion.
This is a commercially focused role, providing the chance to play a key part in shaping the strategy and performance during a period of transformation.
Partnering with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation in customer offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial and financial support to inform decision-making, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic growth and sustainability objectives.
- Partner with business managers to evaluate opportunities, optimise financial performance, and support the development of new offerings.
- Contribute to the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business plans and long-term objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
- A recognised professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE. (ACA/ACCA).
- Proven finance business partnering experience or strong commercial acumen within a corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical decision making and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational demands.
This role would be suitable for candidates with experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles, ideally gained in dynamic, customer‑focused industries such as energy, FMCG, technology, or manufacturing.
