Finance Analyst

Our client is a Real Estate company looking to grow their finance team
and is hiring a Finance Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a Qualified
accountant with 0-3 years post-qualified experience within Real Estate /
Renewables / Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have Financial Planning
& Analysis (FP&A) experience or exposure working as a finance analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Support transformation activities within the
  finance function including finance system enhancement projects – prior
  experience of system change within a finance function would be an advantage.
  
• Be responsible for a discrete business unit,
  perform monthly and quarterly fee calculations to derive gross profit and
  review, analyse the business unit P&L for accuracy and performance.
  
• Experience of large data set manipulation to
  understand how to check data ingestion into systems, create data set rules to
  drive calculations and organise outputs to check data plausibility
  

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 3
  years experince preferably in financial services environment
  
• A minimum of three years prior experience in a
  financial and accounting role.
  
• Strong IT skills, including advanced level in
  Excel, is a requirement for this role.
