Enterprise Risk Senior Associate

We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to grow out their risk and compliance function and subsequently are looking to add a Senior Associate to their Enterprise Risk team.
Responsibilities of this Enterprise Risk Senior Associate Job:
- Work with senior team members including the Head of Enterprise Risk, in the monitoring and reporting of the firm’s risk appetite and risk profile to executive risk committees and the board.
- Responsibility for risk policy governance management of the firm’s extensive risk policy suite.
- Assist with providing support and oversight of Sustainability/ESG risk management activities across the firm.
- Assist with providing oversight and management of Enterprise Risks- including business & strategic risk, reputational risk, model risk, financial & regulatory reporting risk and data risk.
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovation across team activities.
Requirements of this Enterprise Risk Senior Associate Job:
- 3rd Level degree or relevant work experience in financial services/wealth management sector
- Good communicaton and interpersonal skills
- Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines
- Willing to take initiative and participate in projects
- Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work
