Corporate Banking Director

A leading international bank is seeking a senior Corporate Banking Director to lead and grow its Consumer portfolio across Europe.

This is a front-office leadership role with full P&L responsibility, combining strategic growth, global client coverage and team leadership within a high-performing international platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the European growth strategy across Consumer, Industrial & Retail corporates
  
• Originate and manage senior relationships with large, multi-regional corporate clients
  
• Drive revenue across lending, structured finance and ancillary products
  
• Lead complex credit transactions and approvals, working closely with credit and product teams
  
• Manage, develop and scale a high-performing corporate banking team
  
• Own portfolio performance, risk management, returns and credit quality

Candidate Profile

• Senior Corporate Banking professional at Director / Senior VP level
  
• Strong track record within Consumer or Industrial sectors
  
• Deep experience in credit, structuring and financial modelling
  
• Proven relationship manager operating across complex, multi-product solutions
  
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and highly client-facing
  
• Second European language strongly preferred
