Associate/Senior Associate – Private Credit

We are currently working with a leading private credit investment firm who are looking to add a Private Credit Analyst/Associate to their Dublin team. The Private Credit Associate/Senior Associate will invest across both the direct lending and special opportunities strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly-regarded and rapidly growing private credit platform.

The role:

• Evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Undertaking detailed due diligence of target companies and sectors
• Financial statement and balance sheet analysis
• Constructing detailed financial models and investment memos
• Attending meetings with management of potential investee companies
• Continuous monitoring of performance of existing portfolio companies
• Participation in investment committee discussions

Requirements

• CFA or ACA qualification is desirable
• 3-10yrs  years of lev finance, debt advisory or buyside credit investing experience
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to build a financial model from scratch
• Good verbal and effective written communications skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations
