Associate -Private Equity

Elevate Partners are currently working with a specialist Irish investment and advisory firm who are currently looking to hire an Associate to join their industry leading team in Dublin.
In this role you will work on large ticket, global transactions and be working on buyside investments targeting in buyout and growth companies with circa 1-5 mill in EBITDA
The role:

• Run M&A transactions day-to-day (process management, modelling, materials, diligence)
  
• Execute a live pipeline of sell-side and buy-side mandates
  
• Support origination and marketing for new transactions
  
• Work on proprietary investments and new opportunity evaluation
  
• Supportportfolio companies post-investment
  
• Gradually build sector ownership and client relationships
  

The requirements:

• Demonstrable level of commercial/investment judgment and
  strategic thinking
  
• Strong financial modelling skills and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment on own
  initiative
  
• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments,
  with frequent priority changes
  
• Presence and personality to build relationships and to network
  Ideal Experience
  
• Associate for 1 year + (Or Analyst for 3+ years)
  
• Has ran an M&A deal – day to day – with VP/MD supervision
