We have partnered exclusively with an international real asset investment firm to hire an Associate Director to join its growing team in Dublin. The Associate Director will support the firm’s real‑asset investment strategy across energy and infrastructure, contributing to deal execution and portfolio value creation. The firm invests globally in power generation, energy distribution, energy storage, utilities, transportation infrastructure, and related industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis, valuation work, and due‑diligence processes for investments in across real asset sectors.
- Support transaction execution, including modelling, investment papers, advisor coordination, and commercial assessments.
- Contribute to origination efforts by evaluating opportunities aligned with the firm’s real‑asset mandate.
- Assist in portfolio monitoring and performance reviews across operational and financial metrics.
- Work with senior management to refine investment strategies and support ongoing capital deployment.
Required Experience:
- 7–12 years relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Private Equity.
- Strong background in infrastructure, energy, or real‑asset investing, project finance, or investment banking.
- Demonstrated experience executing transactions with responsibility for modelling and due diligence.
- Ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial team.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and external advisors.
