
Associate Director – Debt Origination

Elevate Partners are currently working with a leading global
financial institution who are actively looking to appoint an Associate Director to
join their FIG team, in Dublin. In this role you’ll
work with premier European clients, deliver complex financing solutions, and
drive the firm’s strategic growth across Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and execution of sophisticated credit
proposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments for institutional clients.
· Deepen client relationships across the Financial Institutions
sector, including banks, insurers, and fund managers.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Risk,
Investment Banking, and Capital Markets to deliver integrated client solutions.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support
strategic growth objectives.
· Oversee portfolio management, client compliance, and documentation
integrity.
· Contribute to annual planning, marketing initiatives, and
cross-functional projects supporting the European business.
Candidate
Profile:
· Proven experience in corporate or institutional banking with a
strong understanding of credit processes and risk culture.
· Expertise in Financial Institutions, with exposure to the
Insurance and/or Fund Finance sectors highly desirable.
· Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to manage
complex deliverables under tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management
skills.
· Professional qualification (CFA, MBA, ACT, or CA) preferred,
fluency in an additional European language advantageous.
