Assistant Manager – Liquidity Reporting

Our client is a leading international financial services provider with a strong operational presence in Dublin. They are currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Liquidity Reporting to join their Finance team. This role plays a key part in the delivery of timely and accurate liquidity regulatory reports and supports the wider business in maintaining strong compliance and control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily liquidity reports such as LCR and NSFR, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
  • Support the production of monthly and quarterly regulatory reports (e.g., ALMM, Asset Encumbrance, IRRBB).
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives, including JIRA and Axiom testing.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to coordinate report packs and ensure timely regulatory submissions.

Key Requirements:
  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to accuracy.
  • Good understanding of liquidity metrics, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
