Corporate Finance Associate
06 July 2026On behalf of our client, a leading global banking institution, we are looking to hire an Associate to join their dynamic Dublin team. This is a client‑facing, transaction‑heavy role offering exposure to complex financings, credit underwriting and portfolio management
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of financing transactions across power, utilities and infrastructure.
- Prepare credit papers, underwriting materials and internal approval recommendations.
- Build, review and stress‑test cash‑flow and financial models and perform sensitivity analysis.
- Monitor client portfolios, assess credit quality and identify emerging risks or opportunities.
- Coordinate with Risk, Legal, KYC and Operations to deliver timely deal close and onboarding.
- Contribute to pitch materials, client presentations and origination research
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ relevant experience in corporate banking, project finance, or infrastructure finance.
- Strong financial modelling (Excel) and credit analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of lending structures, security packages and transaction documentation.
- Interest or experience in power, utilities, renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and a collaborative, client‑service mindset.
