
Bid Manager

We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join a growing strategic partnerships team within a forward-thinking organisation in the built environment sector.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end bid process — from coordinating content inputs and managing timelines, to writing persuasive submissions that win new business. You’ll collaborate closely with internal experts across finance, technical, and project teams to ensure every proposal reflects our commercial objectives and brand quality.
What you’ll do

Lead the preparation of bids and tenders across multiple business areas.

Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather accurate, timely input.

Develop bid strategies and maintain a central library of templates and case studies.

Write, edit, and proofread proposal documents (PQQs, ITTs, RFPs) to the highest standard.

Track bid outcomes, conduct lessons learned, and continuously improve processes.

Research opportunities and competitor activity to inform winning strategies.
What you’ll bring

3+ years’ experience in bid/tender writing within construction, real estate, or professional services.

Strong writing, editing, and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign or bid management software is a plus.

Familiarity with Irish public procurement processes and frameworks.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with PMO and governance teams.

APMP (or equivalent) certification is an advantage.
