Investment Associate

A European investment platform is seeking an Investment Associate to join its real estate credit investment team in Dublin.

This role sits within an active portfolio management function responsible for overseeing complex real estate credit investments across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess asset-level actions across stressed and non-performing credit exposures
  
• Monitor portfolio performance, recovery assumptions, and downside risk
  
• Oversee lending platforms and counterparties, including performance tracking and exit considerations
  
• Prepare internal reporting, analysis, and investment updates
  
• Engage regularly with external service providers and internal stakeholders
  

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years relevant experience in areas such as non-performing loans, real estate lending, special situations, or asset management
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and recovery outcomes
  
• Solid understanding of real estate-backed lending and structured credit concepts
  
• Comfortable working with financial models and large data sets
  
• Able to form independent views and contribute to investment decisions
  
• Clear communicator with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach
