Investment Analyst

We are working with a pan-European real estate investment and development platform that has recently established a presence in Dublin as part of its continued European expansion strategy. They are now seeking to hire an Investment Analyst to support deal execution and portfolio growth in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Support underwriting of acquisitions and development opportunities including financial modelling, investment memos and due diligence coordination
- Assist in sourcing opportunities through brokers, developers and market relationships
- Work closely with development, asset management and capital partners across the lifecycle of investments
- Conduct market research, leasing analysis and portfolio performance tracking
- Support transaction execution including legal, financing and closing processes
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment, advisory, private equity, banking or development
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Interest in logistics / industrial real estate and development strategies
- Highly commercial, proactive and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial platform
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
