We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Financial Planning Manager to join their team in Dublin. This position will incorporate the provision of pension and financial planning advice and retirement solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities of this Financial Planning Manager Job:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Irish pension and wealth management market and apply this knowledge in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Financial Planning, Investment and Adviser teams to develop innovative solutions for high-net-worth individuals incorporating knowledge of pension, tax, protection and investment disciplines
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s pensions platform together with the evolving pensions landscape and apply this knowledge in dealing with clients to drive new opportunities
- Drive and contribute to key strategic and commercial initiatives across the firm’s Private Clients department
- Contribute to thought leadership to pro-actively deliver key messages to clients and increase awareness of the firm’s pension and financial planning proposition in the marketplace.
Requirements of this Financial Planning Manager Job:
- QFA qualification
- Degree or Masters level qualification in a business related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a pensions technical/retirement advice related role
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to manage large projects to a successful outcome
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Irish pension and tax regulations and legislation
