A leading aircraft leasing platform is seeking a Pricing Associate to join its high-performing team in Dublin, Ireland. This role sits at the heart of transaction execution, supporting the pricing and structuring of complex aircraft leasing and trading opportunities.
The Opportunity:
- Act as a core commercial partner on new aircraft orders, sale & leaseback transactions and secondary market activity
- Own and enhance transaction models, stress testing economics and risk across a range of deal structures
- Provide clear, commercially grounded recommendations to deal teams and senior stakeholders
- Bridge the gap between origination teams and the wider finance function to ensure transactions are accurately structured and understood
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of commercial analysis capability, tools and processes
Key Requirements:
- Experience within aviation leasing, aircraft finance, asset management or a closely related sector
- Strong grounding in financial modelling, scenario analysis and transaction economics
- Clear understanding of value drivers in aircraft leasing transactions
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced deal environment
- Degree and/or professional qualification in finance, engineering or a related discipline
