Data Architect

​Elevate Partners is partnering with a global leading consultancy to appoint a highly skilled Data Architect to join their Artificial Intelligence & Data team. You will contribute to data strategy, architecture design, automation, advanced analytics, and the development of predictive models, supported by a broad network of specialists across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope, design, and lead the implementation of robust data solutions and architectures using both open-source and proprietary technologies.
  

• Develop data models, ETL pipelines, and CI/CD processes to support scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
  

• Produce technical specifications and architectural designs across data storage, governance, and management platforms, including technologies such as Cloudera Hadoop and Databricks.
  

• Embed best-practice data security, quality, and integrity throughout all solution designs.
  

• Lead and mentor data analysts and data engineers, ensuring alignment to the target architecture and delivery best practice.
  

• Manage engagements across a range of industries and sectors, contributing to the design and delivery of complex data projects.
  

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities to expand and enhance project outcomes.
  

• Coach and support junior team members in line with their development goals.
  

About You:

• Degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  

• Proven experience leading and delivering data-focused projects in complex environments.
  

• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide high-quality technical advice aligned with industry best practice.
  

• Experience working with project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  

• Hands-on commercial experience in data management, architecture, or related roles.
  

• Exposure to enterprise-grade data architecture using platforms such as Cloudera CDP, Databricks, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is highly desirable.
  

• Demonstrated experience motivating and guiding teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
